The delicuan Story
Delicuan was founded in 2019 with a clear vision — to build an online gaming platform that truly understands and respects local players. At the time, most online platforms available to Malaysian players were run by overseas companies that lacked sensitivity to the specific needs of the local market.
We understand that Malaysian players want more than just a large game library — they want a platform that offers suitable payment methods, customer support in their local language, promotions with real value rather than just impressive numbers with no substance, and most importantly, the confidence that their money and personal data are protected seriously.
Our Philosophy: "Trust is the most valuable currency in the online gaming industry. Every decision we make, from selecting game providers to designing our payment systems, is made with player trust and satisfaction as the top priority."
What Makes delicuan Different
Many players have had bad experiences with irresponsible platforms — withdrawals delayed without clear reason, promotion terms deliberately obscured to make them hard to redeem, or unresponsive customer support when it matters most. These are exactly the experiences we are committed to never repeating at Delicuan.
From day one, Delicuan has placed transparency and integrity at the core of our business. Every promotion we offer comes with clear, easy-to-understand terms. Our withdrawal system is designed to process requests as quickly as possible, with a fair and hassle-free verification process. Our customer support team is trained not just to answer questions, but to genuinely help resolve player issues.
Commitment to Security and Fairness
The security of player data and funds is a responsibility we take extremely seriously. delicuan uses industry-standard encryption technology to protect all personal information and financial transactions. Every game on our platform is verified to use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent third-party auditors, ensuring game outcomes are fair and cannot be manipulated.
We also follow strict KYC (Know Your Customer) practices to protect the integrity of the platform and ensure a safe gaming environment for all. The identity verification process we implement is not intended to inconvenience players, but to protect your account from any misuse and to ensure only verified players can access our services.
Services Tailored for Malaysia
Understanding the Malaysian market means understanding the practical needs specific to local players. That is why delicuan supports the most widely used payment methods in Malaysia — direct bank transfers to major local banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank. Deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), eliminating exchange rate confusion and unnecessary additional charges.
Delicuan's customer support is available in Bahasa Melayu and English, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether you're facing a technical issue at 3 a.m. or have a promotion enquiry over the weekend, our team is ready to assist via live chat, email, or Telegram.
Quality Games from Leading Providers
Delicuan only works with game providers whose global reputations are proven. Our slots collection features titles from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Habanero, Spadegaming, and many more — all providers known for graphic quality, engaging gameplay, and competitive RTP values.
Our Live Casino section delivers an authentic table experience with professional dealers streamed live in high-definition video. Play Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and other popular casino games without leaving home, with an experience that closely mirrors a real casino.
Committed to Responsible Gaming
Delicuan recognizes that online gaming should be enjoyed as entertainment, not as a way to solve financial problems. We provide self-control tools that allow players to set their own deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits. Players can also choose to take a temporary break or close their account if they feel gaming is affecting their daily life.
More information about responsible gaming practices can be found on the Responsible Gaming us. We encourage all players to read those guides and use the tools we provide to ensure their gaming experience remains enjoyable and in control.
